Dale was appointed to the Board of the Coote Industrial group as its Chairman in July 2010, and is also a director of some 25 other public or private companies. Dale is the Executive Chairman of the Elphinstone / William Adams group of companies which includes William Adams Pty Ltd, the Caterpillar dealership for Victoria and Tasmania, and a number of subsidiaries, and major shareholdings in a number of other companies including Gekko Systems Pty Ltd, Haulmax Pty Ltd and Coote Industrial Ltd; as well as Energy Power Systems Australia and its subsidiaries GMEC and Caterpillar Asia Power Rental.

Vince joined the Coote Industrial group in July 2010 as interim Managing Director. He is also the Managing Director of Elphinstone Pty Ltd and a director of a number of Elphinstone Group companies, having initially joined the group in 2000 as the Group Counsel and Finance & Investment Manager. Immediately prior to joining the Elphinstone Group, Vince was a Senior Associate in the Energy Resources & Projects work group of Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Melbourne. Vince holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees with honours in law and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Australian Corporate Lawyers Association, Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is an affiliate of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Don has 15 years experience in senior executive management and CEO positions with industrial companies. He was Managing Director of Dow Corning Australia Pty Ltd, the Australian subsidiary of Dow Corning Corporation and was Managing Director of Asia Pacific Specialty Chemicals Ltd, an ASX-listed chemical company. Don is a non-executive director of SEMF Pty Ltd, a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm, and a non-executive director of Quantum Technology Pty Ltd, a manufacturer of products for the blind and vision-impaired. He is also on the board of Engineering Sydney at the University of Sydney and is a Council member of one of Sydney’s leading independent schools.
